The Sydney salon is at the forefront of the “Injectibles for Millennials” movement and M/I/A’s ability to build social currency for its clients in an ever-changing digital landscape, provided them with all the support they needed for a little facelift.

M/I/A Group’s primary offerings for TCL were based on generating influencer marketing opportunities – with tangible benefits including creating more authentic content, follower engagement and driving traffic. However other elements of the strategy included TV appearances (including The Today Show), activations (the main event wrapping up the achievements of 2019) and a partnership with The Bearded Bakers (the faces behind Sydney’s popular Knafeh food container) – who were able to drive TCL’s message to a male audience.

M/I/A Group’s expertise in effective crisis communications and media management, proved pivotal during an unprecedented pandemic.

Set against an ever-evolving media landscape (with challenges that were particularly magnified given the impacts of a global pandemic!) M/I/A Group utilised a number of services to deliver a boutique communications strategy that perfectly supported Island Escape by Burasari.

The campaign included PR coverage and influencers partnerships, designed to raise awareness and drive bookings to one of Phuket’s most boutique hotels.

As well as securing targeted media coverage across traditional Australian outlets (including Delicious Luxury Travel and Vacations Magazine), M/I/A Group’s modern marketing methods were extended to encompass global coverage.

This included organising influential international photographers to visit the resort for content pieces and a partnership that secured them an opportunity with Dutch field hockey player and Olympic champion Lidewij Welten.

An intimate understanding of the impact of good marketing on charitable causes, has allowed M/I/A Group to raise awareness and inspire people to contribute to some truly worthwhile causes.

M/I/A Group worked closely with the Customs 4 Cancer team in their quest to raise $1 million for Cancer Council Australia. Our services included launching the campaign, raising awareness, and driving donations.

We kicked off the campaign by producing a dedicated photo and video shoot supported by a host of A-list Australians affected by the disease, including Mark Ruffo, Jess Eva and Tim Mannah.

The photos and videos we used on the website created, which also included interviews with doctors, testimonies, and raffle ticket sales.

All content was also leveraged for an extensive digital marketing campaign – driven by a series of successful Instagram posts and Facebook ads.

The campaign was further complemented with a PR plan that saw a number of published print pieces and two key TV placements.

Celebrity ambassador relationships developed and garnered ongoing coverage and following on social media.

Media coverage was secured in key local newspapers as well as mainstream channels, including Studio 10 and Sunrise 7.

With this multi-channel campaign, M/I/A Group helped Customs 4 Cancer raise an average amount of $100,000 per month.
